Healthcare is a sensitive and critical application, for devices and data.

Research areas:

  • Cryptography and encrypted data storage on IoT devices

  • Data supply chain, creating a custody chain proving provenance of data with DIDs and VCs

  • Identity provisioning, quantifying cost savings

  • IoT enrollment (EAP-NOOB) and lifecycle

  • Trust and governance frameworks for IoT

  • Interactions between SSI / GNAP and IoT protocols (SCHC, CoAP/HTTP3, MQTT, OSCORE, etc.)

  • Interaction with cloud provides (azure IoT, etc.)

  • SSI (including DIF KERI), IoT and Zero Trust Networks
